I could not believe how great of service I got from this guy. The thing is I drive past this specific used car lot ever single time I am thinking buying or selling a used car. Thinking this place is a rip off and the cars look too expensive, etc… The car lot sit right at the major intersection so you can’t help but notice all the cool used cars when glimmering as you drive past of just sitting there a red light. I have seen this place for nearly 10 years and have notice many fancy car go in and out of this place. That’s why when I am in the market of selling my used car, I never gave this place a second thought until this Sunday afternoon.
My family is under tight budget and need to get rid of some of the big debts that’s holding us back. In this case, a 3 year old Honda CRV which is costing us nearly 19,000 Baht per month on financing not to the mention the additional 10,000 Baht in gasoline every month. Yes, this one needs to go. I pray we are making the right decision and believe in my heart that we are. The cost of holding on to it is way too high. We have another small car and will have to deal with it for now.
After driving around in hopes of locating some of the places our friends recommended, we find nearly every used car lot is closed and guess where the only place was… Mr. Chote’s Used Car Lot right at that corner I’ve always drove past without giving a second thought. With my preconception of this place, I did not expect much results but I wen in anyway as it was the only place open this Sunday. To my surprise, the owner, Mr. Chote greeted us with energy and was more polite than any other used car lot I have ever dealt with. Most people just want to sell you their used car and don’t even want to turn on the engine for you. This guy, came out, tested our car and gave us enough pointers on selling a used car that I feel I can pass this information on to you with confidence. After several minutes in talking about selling our Honda CRV, Mr. Chote made an offer we can’t refuse. Sold.
